Our Facility

Our warehouse and processing facility is located in Frenchtown, New Jersey, which is one hour west of the Port of NY and Refrig-It Warehouse and one hour north of Philadelphia.

Our facility was established to support our customers, who purchase our raw materials, and our fellow importers, who may send us their product for processing.

Our new propriety processing lines were developed by Onset Worldwide exclusively to clean, mill, pack, and private-label seeds and grains into bulk and foodservice packaging.

Premium Capabilities

Siftex® Cleaning System

Starting with the cleanest raw material is important, which is why our raw material is cleaned in our state-of-the-art Siftex® Cleaning System, where we remove foreign material (overs and unders) that could degrade the end product.

Nitro-Milling®

A proprietary-modified atmosphere milling technology, Nitro-Milling® was developed for hard-to-mill items like chia, flax, sunflower, pumpkin and more. Combining cold milling with MAP, we preserve nutrients and extend shelf life.

Microduction®

A proprietary system developed by Onset Worldwide. Treatment for food ingredients without the use of heat or liquid chemicals.

Blending

Blending services available for seeds, grains, flours and more into bulk packaging.

Private Label

Private label any size packaging. Varieties of bulk packaging stocked in-house.

Nitro-Pack® on Bulk Packaging

Nitro-Pack®​ involves modified atmosphere packing that preserves nutrients and extends shelf life organically. 
5 lb. through 1 MT super sacks.

Nitro-Seal® on Bulk Packaging

Our Nitro-Seal® machine is the last step in removing any oxygen. This modified atmosphere sealer extends the products' shelf life and preserves nutrition.

Metal Detection

In our bulk processing line, we have Safeline inline metal detectors and rare earth magnets.

3rd-Party Laboratory Testing

For additional fees, we can mail representative samples of raw or processed product to a 3rd-party lab for microbiological or analytical testing.
