Nitro-Milled® Watermelon FlourOrganic & Conventional
Raw & RTE Watermelon seed flour is a bright white color, has a mild sweet flavor and is high in protein. Watermelon flour, along with all flours in our Nitro-Milled® line, are gluten free, grain free and great substitutes for traditional flour options. Watermelon flour is popular in baked goods, snacks and baking mixes. We are also able to produce custom grinds per customer request. To produce our Nitro-Milled® watermelon seed flour, we start by sourcing the highest-quality raw materials. We work directly with farmers and processors from all over the globe, carefully selecting those who meet our strict quality standards. We then directly import the kernels to our SQF certified, allergen free facility for processing. Prior to milling, we run the watermelon kernels through our Siftex® cleaning system, rare earth magnets and metal detector. These extra steps remove unwanted dockage and boost purity, resulting in a cleaner flour. The recleaned kernels are then milled through our proprietary Nitro-Milling® process, specifically engineered to mill seeds with high oil content. |
