Nitro-Milled Flax Flour

Flax seed flour is a brown speckled color, has a mild nutty flavor and is high in healthy omega-3 fatty acids. Ground flax flour, along with all flours in our nitro-milled flour line, are gluten free and grain free and great substitutes for traditional flour options. Flax seed flour is popular in baked goods, snacks, and baking mixes.
To produce our nitro-milled flax seed flour, we start first by sourcing the highest quality raw material. We work directly with farmers and processors from all over the globe, carefully selecting those that meet our strict quality standards. We then import the seed direct to our SQF certified, allergen free facility for processing.
Prior to milling, we first run the flax seeds through our siftex® cleaning system, rare earth magnets, and metal detector. This removes unwanted dockage, boosting the purity, resulting in a cleaner flour. The recleaned seeds are then milled through our proprietary nitro-milling® process, specifically engineered to mill seeds with high oil content.
