Flax seeds are very high in healthy omega fatty acids, fiber, and are a brown color. These seeds make a perfect addition to gluten free and grain free baked goods, bars, snacks, or in standalone retail pouches. We have the flexibility to supply product direct from origin, or seeds that have been recleaned and repacked at our facility.
Not all flax seeds are created equal. We source the highest quality raw material by working directly with farmers and processors from all over the globe. We carefully select those that meet our strict quality standards, and then import the seed direct to our SQF certified, allergen free facility for processing.
For retail customers we recommend using seeds that have been recleaned and repacked at our facility. When reprocessing the seed at our SQF certified facility, product passes through rare earth magnets, screens, metal detection, and more. These steps commonly boost 99.95% seed purity up to 99.99%, removing almost 18lbs of unwanted sticks, stems, clumps and other foreign matter per full truck load.
